Center for Community Transportation wins grant to study multimodal micromobility hubs

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) announced on March 11, 2025 that $2.9 million has been awarded to 29 community-led projects to enhance planning for shared electric transportation solutions in New York. Ithaca Carshare, in collaboration with parent organization the Center for Community Transportation, Inc., has been awarded one of these planning grants to study the feasibility of multimodal micromobility hubs in Tompkins County.
