RFP – Professional Services – South Hill Recreation Way Extension (Burns Rd to Banks Rd)

The purpose of this “Request for Proposal” (RFP) is to solicit professional engineering and/or landscape architectural firms for detailed Proposals to prepare concept level design and construction cost estimates for the potential extension of the South Hill Recreation Way south, from Burns Road to Banks Road. Due November 24, 2025 by 4pm

Sealed Bids are due at the Town Clerks office no later than 3:00p.m. local time, November 5, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

2024 Inlet Valley Sewer Improvement Project

This contract includes the rehabilitation of two pump stations, repair and coating of precast concrete structures, installation of new control panels, pumps, and other electrical components, replacement of approximately 73 linear feet of gravity sewer main, and the installation of natural gas emergency generators and accessories. Owner to provide various materials and components.

Sealed Bids are due no later than 1:00 pm EST November 10, 2025 at Town Clerks Office, 215 N. Tioga St, Ithaca, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
