Town of Ithaca 2nd Floor & Court Office Renovation Project for General, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical contracts. This multi-prime contract involves hazardous materials remediation and installation of elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows, along with plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems installations.
Bid documents are available from Bidnet , or the Town Clerk’s Office, 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, NY, or by email at clerks@townithacany.gov.
Sealed clearly marked Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office no later than 1:00 PM, EST, on December 8th, 2025.
