Public Hearing Notices

The Town Board will hold public hearings at which all persons willing to speak shall be heard, on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St., at 4:30p.m., on the following proposed actions:

Subject to permissive referendum:

1. Release of the existing Saponi Park parcel and the acceptance of adjacent substitute parkland located on Seven Mile Dr., and

• The purchase of development rights (Holmes) by conservation easement on approximately 84-acre located on Hayts, Sheffield, and Bundy Roads with an estimated cost not to exceed $260,000.

and on the following budget related items:

1. Proposed increase to the Town of Ithaca Water Rates

(Increase to $10.41/ from $9.91 Quarterly minimum of $52.03)

• Proposed increase to the Town of Ithaca Sewer Rents

(Increase to $7.94/from $7.22 Quarterly minimum of $39.70)

• The 2026 Assessment Rolls for the Special Benefit Districts and Special Benefit Areas
• The preliminary 2026 Town of Ithaca Budget
